Research Of Formation Mechanism And Space Optimization Of Taobao Village In Informatioin Age

In the recent two years,with the upsurge of information time,Internet+ and e-commerce,large amount of Taobao Villages appeared which attracted the interests from industry and academia.In the time of information,Taobao Villages become a new space phenomenon which affects the industry selection and space transition of traditional towns.The former development theories of rural and urban areas can not explain its formation conditions and mechanisms,and therefore,it is necessary to research and analyze it.There is not so much research result on it from Geography and Urban Planology currently.Under the background of the access of information and technology,depending on the theory of city and countryside coordinated development,countryside urbanization,countryside space planning,industrial agglomeration and space production,getting the first-hand data by field research,interview and questionnaire survey,this research took Lirendong village,Guangzhou and Lianjiao village,Foshan as typical examples and reexamined the countryside industry structure selection and space transition.The process and characteristics of their industry transition and space change were analyzed.The formation mechanism of Taobao Villages was explored.The development situation and problems of it were diagnosis.With the interest demand of government,enterprise,villagers and e-c commencers,planning strategy for space optimization was proposed for the reference of countryside industry and space transition and sustainable development.First,the space distribution,types and formation condition of countrywide Taobao Villages were combed.At the end of 2015,there were 780 Taobao Villages in China.The amount of it is increasing rapidly.Most of them are in the eastern coastal area and they decrease from east to Midwest.There is close relations between the distribution and economic development,business culture foundation and policy environment.The Taobao Villages can be divided into two types,government-oriented and spontaneous-formed,according their formation motivation.The type of the last one can also be divided into three subtypes,e-commence oriented,product depended and resource depended.The formation of a Taobao Village was affected by location,human resource,industry base,society network and policy factor.Second,this research took Lirendong Village,Guangzhou as the typical example of spontaneous-formed type.By questionnaire survey,interview and field research,its development process from traditional countryside,industrial village,urban village and Taobao village was combed.There was a landscape characteristic of countryside space heterogenization and exclusiveness.There was competitive relation among power corpus.The dynamic mechanism from infancy,increasing,saturation,recession,government intervention to revive was revealed.To solve the problems,depending on the theory of city and countryside coordinated development,countryside urbanization,countryside space planning,industrial agglomeration and space production,space optimization strategy was proposed.Third,this research took Lianjiao Village,Foshan as the typical example of government-oriented type.By questionnaire survey,interview and field research,its development process from traditional countryside,rubbish village to Taobao village was combed.There was a landscape characteristic of living and working separation in Jiaokou and Shangjiao.The dynamic mechanism of government-orientation,planning,collaboration and institution innovation.To solve the problems,depending on the theory of city and countryside coordinated development,countryside urbanization,countryside space planning,industrial agglomeration and space production,space optimization strategy was proposed.
