Research On The Spatial Characteristics Of Taobao Village

Since 2015,Premier Li Keqiang in the national government work report for the first time put forward the "Internet plus" action plan and the State Council issued "on actively promoting" Internet plus "action guidance",means "Internet plus" era.In the "Internet plus"background,the city's new Internet technology enters into the countryside,promotes the rural e-commerce industry has changed elements between urban and rural one-way flow pattern,combines information,knowledge and capital flow factor and rural resources to activates the new market's demand,promotes the rapid development of Rural Urbanization Exhibition,and forms a rural e-commerce cluster with Chinese characteristics-Taobao village.The research shows that Taobao village is not a successful example of rural development,but a typical new way of rural urbanization.As a new mode of rural urbanization,the "Taobao village" takes the farmers' self-consciously learning and using the network e-commerce,information technology,logistics and storage technology as the core,and promotes the dual transformation of economic modernization and life modernization at the same stage,and promotes the countryside from the industrial level,the living level and the regional productivity level,develops the economy and the realization of rural modernization rapidly.According to Ali Research Institute and the Ali new rural research center Jointly issued the "China Taobao Village Research Report(2017)",by the end of 2017,there were 2118 Taobao villages throughout the country,widely distributed in 24 provinces and cities,and the overall characteristics of the cluster development.Among them,the number of Taobao villages in three provinces in Zhejiang,Guangdong and Jiangsu ranked the top three in the country,including 779,411 and 262 respectively,and the sales of Taobao village in 2017 exceeded 120 billion yuan.The formation of Taobao village has promoted the development of related industries in the upper and lower reaches,promoted the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in rural areas,and promoted the rapid development of economic and rural economy.Based on the study of the characteristics of the industrial development of Taobao village,this paper is divided into four types based on the different industrial bases of the development of the electronic commerce industry in Taobao village,based on light industry,agriculture as the foundation,the agricultural and sideline products processing industry as the basis and the wholesale and retail industry as the basis,to sort out the various types of development models.According to the characteristics of the development stage of the Taobao village,the influence of the e-commerce industry cluster on the rural space is summed up,which leads to the new space demand,the expansion of rural land use,the birth of new service industry,the promotion of rural function upgrading,the trigger of the new spatial evolution and the restructuring of the rural pattern.Based on this,this paper takes the example of Lirendong village in Panyu District,Guangzhou as an example to discuss the spatial characteristics of the rural area dominated by the electricity supplier industry.Lirendong village is the earliest and large scale Taobao village in Guangzhou.In 2014,it was recognized as one of the first batch of Taobao villages in China by Ali Research Institute.Through the systematic combing of the development process and the stage space characteristics of the village of Lirendong village,the relationship between the industrial development of Taobao village and the evolution of rural space is discussed,and the strategy of optimizing the rural space in Taobao village is put forward.
