Study On Quality Evaluation Of Financial Industry Growth Of Guangzhou

In the context of the new normal,China's overall economic growth slows down,as China is carrying out a structural adjustment from sheer pursuit of high growth rate to the focus on quality,and "quality improvement and efficiency enhancement" becomes the current economic priority.The quality of overall economic growth cannot be improved without the improvement of the quality of growth of each industry.To improve the quality of industrial growth,we need to start with a basic question: how to evaluate the quality of industrial growth? Hence,this question also is an urgent theoretical problem of great realistic significance.Taking Guangzhou as the sample,the paper studies the evaluation of the growth quality of financial industry,which is of great importance to "quality improvement and efficiency enhancement".The paper discusses the quality evaluation of growth of the financial industry in Guangzhou with longitudinal comparison and lateral correlation.Firstly,the thesis describes its research background and research significance,then it reviews some related research literature about the quality of industry growth.Secondly,the thesis builds a theoretical framework for industry growth quality analysis and lists different evaluation methods.Thirdly,based on the industry growth quality analysis,the thesis builds a theoretical framework for financial industry growth quality analysis and defines such core concept as financial industry growth quality,then conducts financial industry growth quality analysis from the perspective of input-output ratio and development scale of financial industry.Fourthly,the thesis utilizes financial industry data of Guangzhou from the year of 2005 to 2014 as well as data of ten major cities of our country in 2014.Then it makes comprehensive assessment for the situation of financial industry growth quality in Guangzhou by the analysis of lateral and longitudinal comparison to which.Finally,the thesis draws conclusions and policy proposals for improving the quality of growth of the financial industry in Guangzhou according to the current situation are put forwarded.We can draw a conclusion that the quality of growth of the financial industry in Guangzhou has been constantly optimized and it is average among ten major cities across the country.Between 2005 and 2014,financial industry of Guangzhou maintained sustained growth and tends to accelerate its growth with increasing efficiency of input and output of capital and labor.It pointed out the quality of growth of the financial industry in Guangzhou has been constantly optimized in the past 10 years.However,the comparison with these ten cities indicates that Guangzhou's financial industry is only average in terms of input-output ratio of capital and labor,and development scale,growth rate,falling behind Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,without obvious advantages.
