Stakeholder theory and corporate performance is closely linked to business performance has a lot of meaning, but in the end goals of the enterprise performance is not too clear. This article is the enterprise value maximization as the goal of enterprise performance evaluation; consider the establishment of a sound, a new enterprise performance evaluation. Correctly handle the relations between various interests in the enterprises, under the premise to ensure long-term stable development of enterprises maximize the value of the enterprise. To maximize shareholders’interests change just as to maximize profits from shareholders’ equity maximization becomes to maximize enterprise value, which is the great progress of the theory of financial management objectives, the epoch-making significance of the change company performance management system of the status quo, to promote the development of enterprises have great practical significance.This article describes the purpose and significance of the stakeholder perspective of the theory of corporate performance evaluation research; read at home and abroad some valuable literature, a profound analysis of the stakeholder perspective of corporate performance evaluation study at home and abroad the status quo.
