Study On The Community Participation Of The Ancient Town Of Nanxun In The Models Management Of Tourist Attractions

With the improvement of people's living standards,the development of tourism development in our country makes great progress,but at the same time also produces some issues.The theory of community participation in tourism management was originated in the Western countries and it provides us a good reference.Democratization of community participation in tourism management will bring many benefits,such as increasing the income of community residents,realizing the sustainable development of tourism and providing an effective way to eliminate the problems in the development of tourism.And also community participation can play the role of communities in promoting the social harmony process of the development of tourism effectively.The practice and theory of community participation in the tourism management of foreign has reached a certain height,and the range of community participation in tourism management is widening to all aspects of the tourism industry.Although it is not so long that the researchers in our country have introduced the theory of community participation in tourism management,around the country some places with local conditions have explored several paths of community participation in tourism management.In the recent years,the departments of government are committed to building a harmonious society and at the same time actively promoting the social construction,community building.They emphasize the roles of social and community,so as to take community involvement as an important aspect of management of tourist attractions to promote sustainable tourism development.In the thesis,I want to research our historic town-Nanxun town with the qualitative and empirical method.Basing on the theories of community participation,tourism economics,tourism sociology,I try to discuss the mode of community participation in the tourism management.By the way of individual interviews and questionnaires,we can see the status of community participation of Nanxun town in the tourism management.Also we find that there are many problems in the community participation which mainly exists in the channels,modes and scope of participation.Today community participation has not played a good role in the management of tourist attractions.As a result,Nanxun town's tourism development,as well as the development of the local community building is largely restricted.In order to promote the mutual development of the community and tourism,Nanxun town is actively exploring with their own unique pattern of community participation in tourism management,and constantly improving the depth and extent of community participation in tourism.Also the Nanxun town makes effort to play the roles of all the parties of community participation in the tourism management,and to promote the win-win situation of community and tourism.
