Research On The Level Of The Comprehensive Competitiveness In HeNan Province

Comprehensive competitiveness of the region is the unity of comprehensive strength and competitiveness,including the ability to optimize the allocation of regional resources,the ability of sustainable development and industry,business and other multi-level competitiveness,and also it is a comprehensive reflection of the level of economic development of a region.With the development of economic globalization,the contact between interregional becomes more closer,regional competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and how to enhance regional competitiveness has become an important issue of national and regional sustainable and healthy development.Since the reform and opening-up policy,the economy of our country has developed speedily,and comprehensive competitiveness has been rising steadily.However,regional differences which have been continuously increasing,go against development goals of our country,and are not conducive to social stability.With the guide of the national policies such as “the development of the western regions”,“the rise of the middle regions”,as well as the good situation of eastern industries trans----ferring to the central and western regions,That how to make use of its own advantages,improve its own weakness for HeNan province,promote the comprehensive competitiveness of the region,and stand out from the central provinces,gaining development firstly is one of the important issues which we study and discuss in this paper.Firstly,this paper have a review of the research achievements on regional competitiveness at home and abroad,and secondly make rules about the evaluation of comprehensive competitiveness on the basis of the description about the theories of the competitive advantages,comparative advantages and sustainable development related to this article,and establish the evaluation index system of a regional comprehensive competitiveness—“the system of the new three forces”(the gross competitiveness,the quality competitiveness,the development competitiveness).Th----irdly,the present situation of comprehensive competitiveness of HeNan Province is analyzed,compared with the other provinces at the same level in the middle of China,as well as ShanDong Province?HeBei Province from "the BoHai sea economic belt",JiangSu and ZheJiang Province from "Yangtze river delta economic zone",GuangDong Province from "pearl river delta economic zone" by factor analysis,and studying the overall competitiveness of the calendar year about the level of HeNan Province from 2000 years to 2012 years is included at the same time.HeNan province came top in the rank of the comprehensive competitiveness in the center of China,and it ranked middle in the 11 provinces.There are some big shortages in the adjustment of industrial structures,the improvement of the infrastructure,the protection of the resources and environment and Investment promotion and capital introduction,but the 10 big factors that influence comprehensive competitiveness of HeNan province on the whole is gradually improving and increasing year by year.On the basis of this analysis,the paper puts forward constructive suggestions,hoping to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of HeNan Province and narrow the gap with the developed eastern provinces.Because of my limited academic level,as well as other objective factors for example it is hard access to data exist,inevitably there are some defects about the setting and explanation of the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system in this paper,so I hope anyone's criticism and correction.
