The Method Of Self-determination Comprehensive Evaluation Based On The Co-opetition Perspective And Competitiveness Evaluation Of Steel Enterprises

Comprehensive evaluation is objective, fair, reasonable and comprehensive evaluation of the evaluated objects, it is widely used in the sociology, management, economics and other fields, which has a broad application prospects. As an important research direction in the field of comprehensive evaluation, self-determination comprehensive evaluation breaks through the limitations of traditional evaluation methods which regard the evaluated objects as a passive object of evaluation, it regards the evaluated objects as a dynamic subject of evaluation, which have the right to express their own opinion and democratically participate the evaluation process, so it improves the scientific and rationality of the evaluation conclusion to some extent. In recent years, the research about self-determination comprehensive evaluation is becoming more and more, which is gradually becoming an research focus of comprehensive evaluation.With the existing limitation of self-determination comprehensive evaluation methods, this paper suggests an improved method of self-determination comprehensive evaluation based on the co-opetition perspective, the main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)Have a review of the theory of comprehensive evaluation, the self-determination comprehensive evaluation and competitiveness of enterprises, then make a summary of the relevant theories.(2)An improved method of self-determination comprehensive evaluation based on the co-opetition perspective is suggested in this paper. The main principle of this method is to take advantage of the hypothesis of "rational economic man" in the"Negotiation-Cooperation" model and establish the planning model on the basis of the hypothesis to determine the weight vector within the group.Through the negotiation between groups to determine the final weight vector and then draw the conclusion of comprehensive evaluation. This method is more in line with the self-serving psychological of the "rational economic man", that is, to pursue the maximization of their own interests and give up their own interests as small as possible.(3)Evaluate the competitiveness of14key steel enterprises, with the method of improved self-determination comprehensive evaluation based on the co-opetition perspective and analyze the evaluation results.
