In the new economic era,the development of high-tech and the innovation of science and technology were relied on human capital.Compared with the material capital,human capital plays a more important role in the economic and social development,and the promotion of human capital owners to play its initiative and creativity is the realization of human capital property rights.Knowledge workers are one of the mainstay of human capital carriers in enterprises,and the degree of human capital property realization is an important factor to inspire employee to improve their performance.Therefore,scholars pay more attention to explore the impact of knowledge workers realization of human capital property rights on the performance,and it is becoming one of the hot issues.Although the existing research has begun to focus on the relationship between knowledge workers realization of human rights and individual performance,the number is less.Secondly,these studies emphasize the relationship between them,but ignore the mechanism.On this basis of “the impact of knowledge workers realization of human capital property right on individual performance”,this paper explores the mechanism of the realization of human capital property rights and the individual performance.At the same time,it introduces the variable of mental capital and opens the mechanism black box of interaction mechanism.Through the analysis and collation of relevant literature,the author puts forward the following questions:(1)What's the relationship between the realization of human capital property rights and individual performance of knowledge workers?(2)What's the mechanism of the knowledge workers realization of human capital property rights on individual performance?(3)Whether the mechanism of realization of human capital property rights on individual performance is affected by the employees' psychological capital or not?To resolve the above problems,firstly,this article analyzes the concepts and characteristics of knowledge workers,the realization of human capital property rights and psychological capital through the literature;Secondly,it analyzes the relationship between them in depth,and puts forward the relevant assumptions.Then this paper uses the AMOS and SPSS to analyze the statistical data to verify whether the relevant assumptions are reasonable.Finally,the author corrects the model according to the relevant assumptions and draws the corresponding conclusions.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)Three dimensions of the knowledge workers realization of human capital property rights have positive impacts to the individual performance of employees.Among them,the rationality of income,the autonomy of use and freedom of movement have positive impacts on the individual performance of employees.(2)The knowledge workers psychological capital have a positive impact to the individual employees' performance.Self-efficacy,hope and optimism of mental capital all have positive impact to the individual performance of knowledge workers.(3)The psychological capital of knowledge workers in the realization between human capital property rights and individual performance played a mediating role.The rationality of the income,autonomy of use and the freedom of movement can indirectly affect their performance through psychological capital: through the intermediary role of psychological capital,the realization of human capital property can stimulate the individual performance to get more improvement.This paper have three innovations:(1)It explores the influence of the realization of the human capital property rights on individual performance through the perspective of psychological capital,breaking the simple study of the realization ways of human capital property rights or mechanism impact to the performance,and clarifying the role of individual positive mentality playing between the realization of human capital property and performance.(2)It explores the positive effect of the human capital property right on the psychological capital,and provides a new way for analyzing the influencing factors of psychological capital.At present,the researches of scholars are concerned on the influence result of psychological capital,and the study of former variables are relatively scarce.By exploring the influence of the realization of human capital property rights on psychological capital,this paper enriches the former variables of psychological capital,providing new ways to improve the individual psychological capital.(3)It puts forward a new framework to promote the individual performance.This paper explores the different influence of knowledge workers the realization of human capital property rights on the employees task performance and relationship performance,and enriches the relationship between the realization of human capital property and individual performance.
