The Research On The Information Industry's Contribution To The Output Growth Of Circulation Department

Circulation industry as mediation between production and consumption,is one of the important industries of the national economy development,For a long time,however,our country circulation industry has been regarded as a "Labour intensive industry,under the influence of this kind of idea and restriction,circulation industry technology innovation is relatively slow,the lower level of modernization.With the development of information industry,including information processing system,communication system,network information system,management information system,e-commerce system,information system will gradually cover the areas of social and economic life,the corresponding breeding of new ways of distribution has gained rapid development: Such as the rise of e-commerce and the establishment of a modern logistics center,etc.Today's development of circulation industry is in such a society under the background of transition from industrialization to informatization,the application of information technology will be important boosters to promote circulation innovation and transformation of the mode of circulation industry development.Therefore,the research of the information industry that how to promote the development of circulation industry through the mechanism and approach has very important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,firstly,we will use externality theory to explain the mechanism that the "spillover effect" of the information industry how to promote the technical efficiency of circulation industry;Then according to the transaction cost theory in institutional economics,the mechanism of circulation information mechanism promoting the development of circulation industry is analyzed.Results show that the circulation of information realize the circulation enterprises scale expansion and the development of circulation industry by reducing internal transaction costs,market transaction costs caused by the limited rationality,asymmetric information and opportunism;Secondly,this paper analyze the approach of circulation informationization promoting the development of circulation industry based on the theory of technology innovation,found that,circulation informationization has caused a series of reform of the circulation industry,and promote the development of circulation industry by promoting circulation management,organization and system innovation.Thirdly,in this paper,we calculate the spillover effects to the circulation department of information industry of our country with the help of a Feder model based on the statistical data of 2000-2014 in China(that is,the development of information industry's contribution to the circulation department of technical efficiency in China),and on the basis of the further use of stochastic frontier production function model to measure the circulating department technical efficiency of various provinces,and then analyze the relations between the development of information industry and circulation department technical efficiency.From the perspective of empirical factor,we verify the endowment of information industry in China is higher than the circulation department,the development of information industry has positive spillover effect on economic efficiency of the circulation department,and the spillover effect is very obvious;and the technical efficiency of circulation department exist significant differences in each of province,the circulation department of technical efficiency decline from eastern,central to western region,information industry development's contribution to the technical efficiency of circulation department is significant.Finally,in order to promote the development of circulation of information,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to establish the information industry development fund,to speed up the pace of construction of human resources and human capital investment,to increase the intensity of circulation department information infrastructure construction,pay attention to strengthen the support of information industry in the Midwest.
