An Analysis On The Spillover Effect Of Information Industry On The Development Of Circulation Industry

As China’s economic development has entered a new normal period,the circulation industry has played an increasingly important role in promoting supply-side reform and giving play to the basic role of consumption.However,China’s circulation industry has long been regarded as a "labor-intensive" industry.How to effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s circulation industry,give play to the fundamental role of circulation industry in promoting supply-side structural reform and promoting consumption in economic development has become a crucial issue.In recent years,the circulation industry and the information industry have been more and more closely integrated.The spillover of the development of the information industry to the circulation industry has received more and more attention.Therefore,the spillover effect of information industry on circulation industry has become an important research direction of the transformation and upgrading of circulation industry.Based on the systematic review of domestic and foreign industry research and existing spillover effect research between information industry and circulation industry,firstly,this article studys about the information industry the internal mechanism of spillover effects of circulation industry development,analyzes the process of spillover effects,points out that the information industry has obvious spillover effects of circulation industry development,and spillover effects come from R&D spillover,product flow and human resource flow.Secondly,based on the theory of spillover correlation,this paper analyzed and constructed the corresponding spillover measurement index,and applied the relevant data of information industry and circulation industry to test and analyze the spillover effect.The empirical research in this paper is divided into two parts.Firstly,from the perspective of the information industry and the whole industry of the circulation industry,use Feder model method to confirm whether the information industry has significant spillover effect on the circulation industry.Secondly,the dynamic panel data model is adopted to empirically test the spillover effect of the information industry on the circulation industry and promote the TFP growth of the circulation industry through the three ways of R&D investment,product flow and human resource flow.The results show that the information industry has obvious spillover effect on the circulation industry,and the development of the information industry can effectively drive the development of the circulation industry.In addition,the information industry has spillover effect on the circulation industry from three ways:R&D investment,product flow and human resource flow.In different stages of development and different regions,different ways of spillover present different characteristics.Finally,based on the spillover situation of information industry to circulation industry in different regions at present,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s circulation industry.
