| With the development of social economy and urban tourism with each passing day,the hotel industry has gradually become a modern city development window industry,it,s spatial distribution pattern、location selection、impact mechanism and so on are becoming the research hot spot of geography and public disciplines.Lanzhou City as one of the northwest inland central cities,the population flows are increasing frequently,the tertiary industry has been prosperous development,especially,with the introduction of a strategy "along the way",the increasing number of tourists Lanzhou City,the tourism has a strong momentum of development,and then,promoting the rapid development of other industries related to the tourism industry,such as the hotel industry.While the hotel industry relative to other service industries,it is often a huge amount of investmen,once the hotel is built,re-siting will pay a high cost,therefore,the study on the spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of the main city hotel has a certain reference significance for the healthy development of the hotel industry in Lanzhou as well as the development of the tertiary industry.The paper uses spatial analysis and the nearest neighbor index and rank correlation coefficient and other methods,combined with GIS software,from the aspects of overall and various types of approach,revealing the spatial distribution pattern of hotel in Lanzhou city,and further analyzes the influencing factors of its distribution pattern,the result showded:(1)The main city hotel as a whole showed a strong gathering pattern,and by drawing the kernel density map found formed 10 groups,Xiguan word-South Guzhe group,train station group,dong fang hong squaer group,railway bureau group,west railway station group,small west Lake group,yantan high-tech zones group,donggang-Eastern market group,peili square-taohai market group,xigu group.The remaining small number of hotels located in the car South Station,north binhe road and the western side of the park.(2)Partition level,the distribution of the hotel is very uneven,the regional differences are large,Chengguan district has the largest number of hotels,accounting for the city's total number of 69.3%,Qilihe followed,followed by Anning District,Xigu district at least,only the total number of 6.1%,the number of hotels in turn presents a "pyramid" shape.Secondly,from the hotel density of the district,Chengguan district that located in the eastern part of Lanzhou has the highest density,while in the western part of Lanzhou City Xigu district,the hotel is the smallest density,can be said to show a "East dense West sparse" distribution pattern.(3)At the level of the street,by drawing the number of hotels in the reverse distance interpolation map and the hotel density map,found that the hotel formed a "multi-center" distribution characteristics,specifically Linxia Road streets,Tuanjiexincun of the village streets,West Lake streets and other four centers as a center,Donggang West Road,Yanbei Street,Yannan Street and other six centers for the two centers,West of the street,Baiyinlu Road Street,Jianlan Road,eight centers for the three centers,a high density area with the old city as the core,the business center as the center of the transition zone,the edge of the low density zone three zones,among them,high-density areas includ Linxia Road,Gaolan Road,Jiuquan Road and so on eight streets,transition zone includ the railway East Village,West Lake Street,Yannan Street and so on 20 streets,Low-density areas include Tumendun Street,Jingyuan Road,Qingbaishi Street and so on 22 streets.(4)All types of hotels overall view,two-star and economy hotels at most,accounting for 84% of the total number of hotels in the city,five-star hotels account for at least 2%.By calculating the coefficient of variation of the four districts,the four-star hotel has the largest difference distribution in the four districts,and the difference between the two-star and the economy is the smallest.(5)Five-star hotel is a strong discrete distribution pattern,showing a scattered distribution characteristics,four-star hotel is the general distribution pattern,and according to the analysis of Ripley,s K function find that four-star hotel gathered in the small scale range,showing a cluster-like distribution,three-star hotel is highly concentrated distribution pattern,according to Ripley,s K function analysis results,find three-star hotel gathered in the large scale range,showing a bead-like distribution along the traffic trunk,two-star and economy hotels are a strong distribution pattern,the analysis of the Ripley,s K function also yields a two-star and economy hotel in a large scale,showing a flaky distribution.(6)The evolution of urban development,urban functional zoning,traffic network,floating population is an important factor affecting the spatial distribution pattern of hotel,among them,the historical evolution of urban development is pregnant with the basic pattern of hotel distribution,the formation of the earliest prototype,the emergence of three cluster distribution and now the formation of the hotel distribution pattern of Lanzhou City are affect the evolution of the history of the city is very important influence;the functional partition of the city has laid the pattern of hotel group distribution,the functional division of the different functions of the distribution of the hotel plays a certain role in the guide,also lead to the uneven distribution of the hotel in the district;the traffic network leads the hotel along the main road distribution trend,based on previous research with the hotel,it is find that the convenience of the trafficis one of the most important elements in the overall evaluation of the hotel,Lanzhou city traffic road network extending in all directions,so it play a pivotal role for the distribution of the hotel,Lanzhou Valley City in terms of the uniqueness of the city,the effect of east-west main road on hotel distribution is greater than that of north-south,in addition,important entrances and exits of the city,the important traffic nodes on it,s impact is more significant,such as Tianshui Road;Floating population is related to the number of hotels,article selection of the county and other foreign population,the province of other counties and cities outside the population,the province outside the population,analysis by rank correlation coefficient,find that the county and other foreign population outside the province of foreign population on the distribution of a greater impact on the hotel,and other provinces and cities in the province of foreign population on the hotel distribution is very weak. |
