Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Spatial Distribution Characteristics Of Hotel Industry In Harbin City

With the rapid development of Harbin's economy,the people's living standards have been continuously improved,the transportation network has become more and more perfect,and people's travel has become more convenient.In addition to the export-oriented economy with strong development momentum in Harbin,the state attaches importance to and supports the tourism industry.The rapid rise of tourism has also promoted the rapid development of the hotel industry.While people enjoy the convenience of the city's flourishing development,people also encounter problems such as insufficient supply of urban public infrastructure and uncoordinated development of various regions,which is not conducive to the further development of the hotel industry.Therefore,the research on the spatial layout of the hotel industry in Harbin is very practical.From the perspective of spatial analysis,this paper first analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the hotel industry in Harbin.The research scope was determined as Harbin Daoli,Nangang,Xiangfang,Daowai,Pingfang,Songbei,Hulan,and seven administrative districts.The geographical coordinates of Harbin hotels(2869)were collected through Baidu map and Ctrip.com.Use EXCEL to organize statistics on these points.Use ArcGIS software to analyze their quantity,density,and concentration in spatial distribution.The nuclear density analysis method was used to analyze the agglomeration of star-rated hotels in Harbin,and the changes and development trends of the nuclear density hotspots of star-rated hotels in Harbin were obtained.Thirdly,the buffer analysis method is used to analyze the spatial distribution of hotels and transportation junction,administration center and industrial characteristics in Harbin.Finally,through the study of the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of Harbin hotels,the rules of Harbin hotel development are summarized,the problems in the development of Harbin hotels are found out,and corresponding solutions and optimization measures are proposed.
