Spatial Difference Analysis On The Quantity Of Patent Output In Chinese Universities In Recent Ten Years

With the further development of economic globalization,competition in the world or the competition of various economic entities has gradually shifted from the labor force,resources and capital to the competition of knowledge and technology.The main body of knowledge and technology resources in economic development has been gradually reflected.As a synonym for knowledge and technology,patent has become one of the core of national and national quality control competition.Different countries have different intellectual property strategies for intellectual property policy,and the competition is becoming more and more competitive in the era of knowledge economy.Patent as the carrier of knowledge achievements,for the national economic development and economic model has played a pivotal role.In our country,colleges and universities as a new force of scientific and technological innovation,many national issues and the National Natural Science Fund are colleges and universities in the bear.This paper studies the four influencing factors that affect the patent output of colleges and universities from the number of patent output in colleges and universities in recent ten years.First,the total amount of patent output in colleges and universities is according to the provinces and municipalities,The four factors that affect the patent output of colleges and universities are divided into internal and external analysis to find out the four influencing factors in various levels and various types of colleges and universities in the trend and distribution of the situation;And then to the national,provincial and municipal autonomous regions and the basis of low-cost provinces to carry out the unit output of the unit needs of the scientific research resources to explore the provinces and autonomous regions and the provincial patent provinces and the existence of low-cost provinces;Finally,the use of ArcGIS9.0 and GeoDa059 i two software The number of patent outputs is analyzed,and the correlation analysis is carried out with four influencing factors to analyze the aggregation situation ofuniversity patent output in space,and the degree of dependence of university patent output on four influencing factors.Based on the data of ten years,the spatial regression model of the university's patent output and influencing factors is analyzed,and the degree of reliance on the four influencing factors in the university is obtained in the ten years,so that the future development can be more scientifically predicted direction.On the basis of this research,the author puts forward the research on the development of the university patent,which is based on the development of the national policy of the macroscopic level and the allocation of the scientific research resources,the management strategy of the university scientific research work at the meso level,and the training mode of the university scientific research personnel in the micro-Output measures and recommendations.
