A Study On Increasing Farmers' Income,Income Gap And Poverty Reduction

Since the reform and opening up,China's rural population income level has been improved,the quality of life improved significantly,the poor population dropped significantly.However,in the process of rapid economic growth,the income inequality of rural residents is becoming more and more serious,and the process of poverty reduction in rural areas is obviously fluctuating and slowing down.The contribution rate of poverty reduction caused by economic growth is getting smaller and smaller.The core is the relationship between income improvement,income gap improvement and poverty reduction.On this issue,first of all,through the establishment of mathematical model and derivation,theoretically proved: the income gap must be,the higher the initial income level,income improvement and income distribution to improve the effect of poverty reduction stronger.The higher the income gap,the greater the initial income gap,the weaker the effect of income improvement and income distribution improvement.Secondly,using the statistical analysis method,four kinds of research data of some rural areas in Gansu were analyzed by Lorentz curve fitting,Shapley value decomposition and Kakwani & Pernia index,and the poverty change in the survey area was examined in all directions.Growth and income distribution to improve the contribution of poverty reduction in the survey area,as well as the survey area 2007-2010,2010-2013,2013-2016 three time period growth model.The results show that although the poverty rate has been declining in the study period,the Gini coefficient has increased first and then increased,and the effect of poverty reduction has been significantly slowed down.The growth of pro-poor is changed from strong poverty reduction to poverty Poverty reduction "affection" growth.The increase in income has always played a positive effect on poverty reduction,but the income increase has a slowdown.The gradual widening of the income gap has led to an increasing number of negative poverty reduction effects,cutting a significant part of the positive income reduction effect.Finally,the quantitative analysis of the income and structure of farmers and the specific factors affecting the poverty reduction effect are analyzed.The results show that the income source of farmers has changed greatly at the present stage.From the past,the income of agriculture and non-agricultural enterprises has been transformed into working income.On the one hand,the income of working income has gradually become the most important income increase point.On the other hand,The main source of income gap between large farmers.The above shows that poverty is no longer simply for rural areas,agricultural issues,but with non-agricultural employment issues more and more closely related to improve non-farm employment opportunities and working income to become the focus of poverty reduction work.
