The Constituent Elements And Evaluation Research Of Behavion Clulture And System Culture In Project Risk Management

A project is made up of many parts,each of which will change.This change will result in substantial changes in the results,so the project management should be implemented in a comprehensive risk management strategy.On the other hand,the temporary nature of the project determines that the project team members are only temporarily joining the project team.When the project is finish,they will return to their original organization,which makes the project risk management can not achieve the desired results.The best way to deal with the above problems is to build a set of effective risk management culture system that can adapt to the characteristics of the project itself and the economic and political environment in the region,To promote the project team members from different departments to integrate as soon as possible,and full participation in the project risk management process.The traditional project risk management research focuses on the specific methods of operation,and few studies have examined and discussed the project risk management from a cultural perspective.This paper introduces the concept,development and definition of project risk management culture,starting from the characteristics of the project,discusses the characteristics of project risk management culture.At the same time,this paper expounds the four levels of project risk management.On this basis,the behavioral culture and institutional culture as the focus of discussion.Points out their components and evaluation method.In the research methods,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process are used.Then construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of behavioral culture and institutional culture.The evaluation methods of each index are analyzed,and the weight of the index is given.In order to verify the validity of the model I have built,I have done a thorough study of a road and bridge company.During the period found that employees can not clearly understand the contents of the project risk management,they also difficult to understand the significance of project risk management.I have designed some effective ways for this problem,which are mentioned in Chapter 3.Finally,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to collect the relevant data,and through the analytic hierarchy process software to calculate the data analysis.The results show that the overall evaluation of the project risk management culture,the system culture and the behavioral culture are between 70 and 80,and they all need to be promoted.
