The Study, Based On Project Management, Enterprise Integration Risk Culture System

The project risk management has also become the content that everybody shows special solicitude. Base on the project risk management and integration management theories, the article firstly in order to go deep into the characteristics of integrated project integrated risk management culture (PIRMC), and then the content and step of developing it has been explained combined with software. The main body of this paper can be briefly summarized as follows:Firstly, it has researched PIRMC respectively from three aspects such as spirit idea, system culture and behavior culture. It has discussed the framework of organization being fit to carry out PIRMC; Behavior demand of the middle having studied culture builds process in integrated risk management detailed to project manager, member of team; Relate to risk administration understanding to project significance by building the common risk administration outlook on values , sense of calling, deepening a member in the project, team atmosphere forming common view, building the entire personnel attention risk, administration risk in project team inner.Secondly, we discussed building principle, building process of PIRMC. And take apart the emphases and difficulty of building project integrated risk management culture.Thirdly, it has introduced methods and steps of building the project integrated risk management in software opening program. In this paper we have built a system of project integrated risk management culture in software development for example. And it built the system mainly from inspirit, system, and action.
