A Comparative Study On Welfare Compensation Policy Of Land Lost Farmers Based On Endogenous Transition Model

Large scale urbanization is an inevitable stage of China's economic and social development,the process of urbanization will be a large-scale collection of agricultural land,resulting in a large number of landless farmers.However,the contradiction between people and land is sharp and the land expropriation system is not perfect.It is difficult to protect the interests of landless peasants,and social contradictions are highlighted.The reason is that the welfare level of farmers in the process of land expropriation caused by the lack of welfare compensation policy and the social problems caused by it.Therefore,we need to think about the factors that affect the welfare of farmers.What kind of compensation policy can ensure the welfare of farmers in the process of land expropriation?Based on the above problems,this paper takes Wuming District of Xi'an city and Nanning District of Changan District as the research area.The main contents of each chapter are as follows:Chapter one:introduction.This paper expounds the research background,significance and purpose,the research content,methods and technical route,the core issues to be solved and possible innovations.The second chapter:literature review.This paper expounds the domestic and foreign research results on the welfare compensation policy of landless peasants,and analyzes the standards,scope and methods of welfare compensation in France,Japan,Germany and Taiwan.On the basis of Faride Taiwan experience,summed up the compensation policy for the farmers in our country welfare implications.The third chapter:the theoretical basis of the study.This chapter first analyzes the welfare connotation,and gives quantitative welfare and improved methods,and then analyzed the relationship between the welfare of farmers with land,finally from two aspects of economic welfare and non economic benefits,specific analysis of farmers' welfare.The fourth chapter:the construction of welfare index system.This chapter from the two aspects of the selection principle,selection and feature variables,the five aspects of economic conditions,living conditions,social opportunities,social security and psychological factors of the construction of welfare factors of landless peasants,after the introduction of endogenous switching model and welfare conversion function setting method are landless farmers' welfare level measurement.The fifth chapter:the empirical research on the compensation of landless peasants' welfare.This chapter first describes the process of data acquisition from the following four aspects:the selection of the study area,the design of the questionnaire,the survey method and the recovery of the questionnaire.Then the basic situation of Changan District and Wuming District Welfare compensation were analyzed,finally using endogenous switching model to make an empirical analysis on farmers welfare effects,the results estimated two study areas are given.The sixth chapter:suggestions and prospects,clarify the research conclusions,from the welfare compensation policy of land expropriation policy,approval of more stringent conditions and take into account the welfare compensation policy of spiritual three aspects puts forward some policies and suggestions.
