Research On Logistics Evaluation Mechanism Of Fresh Agricultural Products Based On AHP

With the continuous development of society,logistics has become an indispensable part of people's life and production.There are many specialized logistics enterprises in the market of our country,it provides many kinds of services,but facing fierce market competition,logistics enterprises want to obtain sustainable development must strengthen the control of the cost,and realize the continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency.But because the business process of logistics enterprises involved in the process of so many factors affecting the cost of size is also very much,therefore in the process of evaluation must create perfect evaluation index system,and select the appropriate evaluation methods to evaluate the.Then through the analysis of the evaluation results,this paper discusses the problems existing in the operation of the logistics enterprises,and then finds out the measures to be taken.This paper focuses on the performance issues of our agricultural products logistics system,logistics related theory,system theory and performance evaluation based on the established index system of fresh agricultural products logistics system comprehensive performance evaluation,and the expert questionnaire,combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out empirical research,the the conclusions are as follows:(1)The performance of fresh agricultural products logistics system is not only affected by the internal logistics system process,but also by the external environment.Therefore,this article from the fresh agricultural products logistics system of the external environment,internal structure and operation of the three aspects of the establishment of the 11 levels of indicators,the 33 indicators of the three levels of the two.The definition and calculation formula of all kinds of indexes and subdivision indexes are also given.The selected indexes are scientific and applicable.(2)Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),we obtain the specific weights of the indicators at all levels.Weights are determined by AHP,and by constructing evaluation matrix,the weights of each index are obtained,which lays the foundationfor the follow-up evaluation.(3)According to the logistics of fresh agricultural products construction of Ma'anshan City,the logistics was evaluated using the fuzzy evaluation method of concrete construction,obtained the logistics evaluation results,the level of logistics,can not meet the demand of fresh agricultural products logistics development.(4)Simply the paper discuss the design of the logistics evaluation system of fresh agricultural products,it gives the interface of the related functions,and use the software system to complete the evaluation.Through the evaluation of fresh agricultural products logistics,we can see that the logistics level is generally not timely and effective to transport the production of agricultural products to the destination.At the same time,due to a variety of factors,the loss of its products in the process of transportation is larger.In addition,the quality of fresh agricultural products can not be effectively protected in the course of transportation due to the influence of fresh agricultural products processing technology and packaging technology.
