Nowadays the competition between enterprises is no longer limited to the simple competition of product.The globalization and integration of economy has accelerated the arrival of knowledge-based economy.State-owned commercial banks are no exception.Such banks need to develop their own competitive advantages through effective human resource management so that they can survive from the complicated financial reform and achieve some development.In this thesis,the unascertained measure,information entropy and Delphi method are used to construct the evaluation model of human resources management,so as to evaluate the human resource management of the GS commercial bank and make up for the deficiency of these banks in this aspect.Then,evaluates the human resource management quality of it through empirical analysis.It also validates the validity and feasibility of the model directly.Through the research of this thesis,we can enrich the theoretical and empirical research results on the evaluation of human resource management in China.From the micro perspective,it is of great significance to provide a theoretical reference for the human resources management of GS bank,and to guide the human resources management of other state-owned commercial banks and the whole bank pages.
