Rearch On Evaluation Of The County Economic Development Comprehensive Competitiveness

County economy holds an important position in our economies and is key to promote the economic and social development in towns and cites. Thus, how to enhance the competitiveness of the county economy has drawn attention from all walks of life in the society and the evaluation of the county economy's comprehensive competitiveness has become an essential presumption .The author has done a lot of research about the county economy in western area especially in Shaan'xi Province . With the concept of the gaps, exploring the reasons and ways to make progress. The author thinks over about the development of county economy. Based on the guideline of the prospering the county economy and the local people, the author designs on index system of evaluatingthe comprehensive competitiveness of the county economy,do by data of Shaan'xi Province to prove the unbalanced development among the counties and advance some suggestions to the development of county economy in underdeveloped regions.This paper has five parts,elaborated in five chapters.Chapter one is introduction, including the meaning of the paper,the content to cover,the methods used in the paper and the theoretic basis.Chapter two is the county's economic development competitiveness of the basic concepts and theories, including the basic concepts and characteristics of county economic, and the concept and content of the county's economic development competitiveness ,as well as the theoretical basis.
