Research On Overall Competitiveness Of Agriculture In Guanzhong-tianshui Economic Zone

Party National Congress suggested that "It is a major task of building a moderately prosperous society that co-ordinating urban and rural economic and social development,building modern agriculture,developing rural economy and Increasing income of farmers."This is a major strategic decision made by the Central Committee of China under the new century to build a moderately prosperous society,according to China's economic and social development of the era and the principal contradiction and breakthroughing urban and rural structure and solve the "three rural" problem.Since 2004, "issued by the Central Document No." banned in eight consecutive years in China showed confidence and determination even more clearly to solve the "three rural" problem.Agriculture is the basic industry of Guzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone which is a major growth pole in the western.Improving the economic competitiveness of the agricultural area is a n important means and ways to ennhance the overall industrial competitiveness.Based on the study of some domestic and foreigh agricultural competitiveness research, according the agriculture development of Guanzhong-Tianshui Zoo, I structure a Overall Competitiveness of Agriculture system , from agricultural scientific , agricultural production portion, agricultural processing, agricultural markets, agricultural service five set including 14 indexes .Through the Delphi method and the weighted average method, I evaluate that Guanzhong- Tianshui agricultural comprehensive competitiveness has continued to rise from 2006 to 2008. Agricultural scientific,agricultural processing and agricultural market do the best contribution to the improvement of competitive ability.This article contains six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part overview the full paper including the background to the study, purpose and meaning, review of home and abroad and research methods.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of evaluation of the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture. This part anglicized industrial competitiveness based on the implicit and theoretical evaluation, and meaning and source of the competitiveness of agriculture.The third chapter is the development overview of Guanzhong -TianshuiGuzhong Economic Zone , including the basic situation of regional, regional and economic status of the overall area of agricultural development in various areas including agricultural development described.Chapter IV constructed a comprehensive agricultural competitiveness evaluation systemfrom the perspective of the agricultural industrial chain selected 18 indicators in agricultural research, agricultural production, agricultural processing, agricultural marketing and agricultural services.Chapter V gave evaluation and analysis of agricultural competitiveness. Empirically anglicized on the competitiveness of agricultural of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone Collecting over recent years through the Statistical Yearbook, etc.Finally, gave various factors and indicators for the competitiveness of agricultural influence.Chapter VI proposed suggestions of the competitiveness of agriculture of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone to enhance competitiveness on research, production, processing, marketing, service and other aspects of agriculture.
