Research Of Xideng Village's Beautiful Countryside Construction Based On "Trinity"

The construction of the village as a systematic project,is the strategic development of a national long-term development.And it is also the continuation and promotion of national new rural work.The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward:"We should make great efforts to build a beautiful China and realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation".In this report,the concept-beautiful China had been come up for the first time.From 2008 in which Anji County,Zhejiang Province laid down the "Building beautiful countryside"project on,each province one after another come up with some construction programs and action plans with regard to building beautiful countryside,according to the spirit of Central Government Building beautiful countryside is a major innovation in the development of ideas and development practice.And it is an important practical form of beautiful China and ecological countryside in China,is the organic unity of people's rich and ecological beauty,has important significance.The passage take building beautiful countryside for research objects,based on analyzing the village geographical location,natural conditions,economic and social development,ecological environment,present situation of public facilities and other profiles,put forward the Xideng village beautiful rural construction performance.In the article,we use the quantitative analysis method to study the quantitative indicators of ecological environment and the quantitative indicators of public service.Through the above analysis,we can summarize the factors existing in the construction of Xideng village to be beautiful countryside.In order to do better in constructing beautiful countryside.We analyze from the three aspects of life,production,ecology according to Trinity.From constructing village roads,public service facilities,ecological protection,water conservancy,project,energy systems,industrial development and environmental greening system seven aspects build beautiful countryside more concretely.We propose a series of countermeasures including compiling the beautiful rural construction plan in a scientific way,establishing the perfect mechanism,strengthening the government organization and leadership,increase investment of funds for construction,seeking support on policy actively and so on.
