HY's original manufacturing mode can't deal with the characteristics of”multi-type&small batch".We need to adjust the production mode to break through the bottleneck and prepare for the future.Production capacity also needs to make corresponding adjustment with strategic change.We need a new,more flexible and quicker way to solve the problems of statistics,so that HY can achieve flexible manufacturing step by step.The main content of this paper is to change the organization structure as the main line,to improve the function of each system in the organization,and to realize the flexible manufacturing mode.This paper expounds the research background,research significance,research content,the practical background and research methods of the research,and constructs the framework of the whole research.Project management,mainly through networking applications,rotation training,comprehensive quality control,information management,strengthen the organizational structure between coherence,enhance the controllability of logistics information,comprehensive ability of staff training,the establishment of a comprehensive quality control,and guiding the smooth flow of information.Step by step,the flexible system is integrated into the organization structure of HY company.Eventually,HY company's new flexible manufacturing system,which are based on matrix organization structure and filled with informatization,project management,total quality control and PDCA performance appraisal,is finally formed.
