With the advancement of intelligent manufacturing process,China's manufacturing enterprises face challenges as well as more development opportunities.Firstly,the market environment is more dynamic and changeable,and enterprises must improve their ability to respond to the market quickly.Secondly,while customers attach importance to product quality and service,their demands are more diversified and personalized.Enterprises should arrange production activities based on customers' demands.As an advanced flexible production mode,FMC can well meet the needs of the market and customers.Production scheduling is the basis and key to realize intelligent manufacturing of flexible manufacturing units.Efficient scheduling optimization technology can not only help manufacturing enterprises achieve high efficiency,high flexibility and high reliability,but also improve customer satisfaction with scheduling results.In actual production,many uncertainties such as the arrival of new orders will often make the initial scheduling scheme of FMC no longer feasible and lead to negative behavior perception and profit loss of system participants.At this time,the enterprise needs to adjust the scheme to deal with disturbance events as soon as possible,so as to reduce the impact of disturbance on the behavior of system participants.However,people in the production system do not always pursue "profit maximization",but make "the most satisfactory choice" according to their limited cognition and thinking,resulting in systematic deviation.Most of the existing rescheduling studies take objective indexes such as material and financial resources of the system as the target to optimize,and ignore the disturbance of random events on people's subjective behavior,so these models cannot be well applied to practice.Therefore,this paper comprehensively considers the behavioral factors of customers and the characteristics of FMS production operation,studies the construction of customer satisfaction model in production scheduling and the formulation of rescheduling scheme integrated with the idea of disturbance management,so as to make the rescheduling scheme of FMC more consistent with the production practice of enterprises under the uncertainty disturbance.For new orders to the disturbance from lower efficiency,order completion time in advance or extend downward,can't on time delivery and customer satisfaction,this paper uses the interference management method for scheduling,from the perspective of customer behavior disturbance repair target,establish system to measure the current disturbance to run off the extent of the initial solution.Furthermore,a disturbance management scheduling model for flexible manufacturing cells(FMC)is constructed,which takes into account both initial scheduling objectives and disturbance metrics.According to the characteristics of the multi-objective model,this paper adopts genetic algorithm(GA)with elite strategy to solve the model.Example analysis shows that the rescheduling method proposed in this paper can not only obtain efficient rescheduling results,but also reduce the disturbance of random events to customers very effectively.Scheduling model in this paper,the heavy construction,according to new orders coming this thing will cause production to the system operating efficiency greatly reduce customer signed the order completion time may be in advance or extending downward can't on time delivery and customer satisfaction,this paper approach the disruption management method to rescheduling,starting from the perspective of customer behavior and subjective behavior to extract the customer characteristic coefficient of disturbance repair in order to establish the goal,to measure the current disturbance leads to a new scheme of the system operation deviation degree of the size of the old scheme,And then the initial optimization goal and target of the disturbance of repair,set up under the background of flexible manufacturing cell interference management scheduling model and to improve the genetic algorithm,to solve the model design of a numerical example is analyzed in this paper,the feasibility of the model,the results show that the model is the result of more efficient,and can measure the customer perception of the emotional,which reduces the interference on the system production and disturbance of the clients.Finally,the application of the method of this paper to the actual case to select a shipbuilding company piping products processing workshop as the research object,the enterprise production plan and compare the paper concluded that the solution and to verify the validity of the method in this paper,also for the enterprise in the production process in the handling of customer relationship provides a practical reference value.
