With the continuous increase of infrastructure construction,construction enterprises ushered in a rare opportunity for development.But in the face of increasingly fierce market competition,the construction enterprises want to gain competitive advantage in the current era of small profits,must pay attention to the project department management personnel,technical personnel of the project department to promote personal growth,give full play to the initiative of project department and technical personnel,technical team to create a highly efficient and stable,so as to improve the project the level of profitability,expand the living space of enterprise.Therefore,it is very important to set up a scientific motivating system that matches the project Department of the construction enterprise.The motivating problem for technicians to this special group,based on the A project of Y company as an example,adopts the method of combination of theory and case study,qualitative and quantitative,through the extensive collection of domestic and foreign literature,using the comprehensive motivating theory,combined with the characteristics of engineering project management,supplemented by the way of questionnaire and interview.Project department technical staff job satisfaction were investigated,summarized and analyzed and the project Department of the motivating problem.Then,combined with the specific circumstances of the adjustment of enterprise management structure,the motivating mechanism of technical personnel in the project department is optimized.The full text is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the research,and then leads to the research of the motivation of technical personnel in the construction project department,and then summarizes the content and methods of the study.The second chapter introduces the relevant knowledge and theoretical basis of the paper,and prepares for the follow-up research.The third chapter briefly describes the organization of A Project Department of Y company,the composition of technical personnel,the responsibilities,characteristics and the current motivating mechanism.The fourth chapter mainly A Project Department of Y company as the research object,carry out questionnaire and interviews,and analyzed the results of the survey,analyzed the specific reasons for the motivating problem,provide the basis for the optimization design of the late.The fifth chapter combined with the actual situation of the adjustment of business structure industry characteristics of construction enterprises and companies to determine the optimal design objectives and principles,and puts forward the design ideas,a clear focus on the main content of optimization design and concrete scheme from the aspects of salary and welfare,performance appraisal,training,occupation development and cultural construction,efforts a consistent overall goal of personal goals and enterprise technical personnel of the situation.The sixth chapter compares and analyzes the effect of the optimization design,and evaluates it from the main aspects,and then summarizes the optimization design of the motivating process in combination with the characteristics of the industry,forming a certain experience.The seventh chapter puts forward the research conclusion,the motivating management for the core group of Ministry of construction enterprise project technical personnel should fully reflect the value and influence of professional technology,including the classification,compensation and performance appraisal of the occupation education training and development of technical development,cultural construction work environment etc..Finally,it points out the deficiency of the research,and also hopes to play a certain reference.
