Research On Influencing Factors Of High-Tech Enterprises' Social Responsibility Investment

High-tech enterprises play a leading role in national innovation.They are strategic enterprises of national economy and play a vital role in the development of national economy,the upgrading of industrial structure and the field of scientific and technological innovation.This has promoted the sustained development of China's economy.Development and innovation capacity of the steady increase.However,there are a series of lack of SRI in the development of high-tech enterprises.These problems aroused the community of high-tech enterprises of social responsibility investment-related issues of thinking.For example:high-tech enterprises should undertake social responsibility investment?High-tech enterprises in the end what is socially responsible investment?What are the factors that affect the investment in high-tech enterprises?This series of problems is the need to address this issue.In addition,the construction of ecological civilization on the high-tech enterprise's inherent requirement is to strengthen the corporate social responsibility investment.Considering the excellent performance of Fujian Province in the process of constructing ecological civilization,this paper intends to compare the high-tech enterprises,social responsibility investment in Fujian Province with the whole country,and find out the reasons for the difference analysis.Based on the existing research results,this paper uses combing and empirical research methods to study the influential factors of SRI of high-tech listed companies.The second chapter introduces the relevant research theory,expounds the concept and characteristics of high-tech enterprises,and then combs the relevant literatures.The second chapter introduces the research background,meaning,research logic structure diagram and the novel point;Chapter 3 is a brief introduction to the status quo of SRI in the high-tech enterprises,and compares the national samples with the Fujian Province.Chapter 4 presents the research hypothesis,the construction of this model and the measurement of various variables.In the fifth chapter,the first is a series of statistics before the regression test,and the second is the regression test and the robust test on the influencing factors of the high-tech enterprise's social responsibility investment.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis of high-tech enterprises in the status of social responsibility investment.The comparative analysis of the status quo of the national sample of SRI and Fujian Province shows that the corresponding SRI intensity is better than the national situation because of the requirement of Fujian to build an ecological and civilized province.2.Corporate governance has an impact on high-tech enterprises' SRI.The results show that the combination of chairman and general manager and executive compensation incentive have negative effects on the SRI of high-tech listed companies.The degree of ownership concentration and size of board of directors have a positive impact on the investment intensity of high-tech enterprises' social responsibility.3.Corporate characteristics affect the high-tech enterprise social responsibility investment.The empirical results show that firm size,financial leverage,R&D capability,enterprise nature and enterprise age are all conducive to the promotion of socially responsible investment in high-tech enterprises.
