The ability of the middle managers is essential for future development of the modern enterprises,and the middle managers,as the strength of the enterprises,play a significant role in the daily management.The changing of the middle managers' idea and the improvement of the ability related to the survival and development of the enterprises,so that it is a reasonable way to gain profit and competitive advantage from the suitable training program.So far,however,a large number of problems still exist in the training of managers,especially that of middle managers.The Central Insurance Department in CI Company is considered to be the case of the paper.Focusing on the situation and the status of training management for middle managers,which found out that attention to the training of clerks has been paid since the department was established,enables the department to ensure its proper functioning.Nevertheless,the shortcoming of managers' training,especially those for middle managers,comes after the increasing duties and extensive operating range,as well as the changing function from the department.The training program was made without the middle managers' necessity,which resulted in the low efficiency of training and further development.In order to solve the problems of training,a reasonable program will be designed in the foundation of the extensive reading of the relevant training theory.The paper will set out from the company's future development strategy,and the middle managers' post ability and quality requirements will be analyzed to find out the distance between the existing middle managers' ability and the requirement of the company by the evaluation of existing post ability,and then make sure of the training task.In terms of the requirement of the courses,methods and the teachers' demands in training,the suitable training program will be made with the operating processes and the evaluation by Kochi four-evaluation model to assess the effectiveness of middle managers' training.In order to ensure that the training project can be obtained and effectively operated,organization,system and the corporate culture will be supported to ensure the training program to succeed.Through the design of the training program,a relatively reasonable training program for the Central Insurance Department in CI Company will be built.The suitable training program will help the department in CI Company gains efficiency in their working,promote the overall service level for the Central Insurance Department and continued healthy development and lay a good foundation.The training program enables the middle managers of Central Insurance Department to solve the present problems and offers guidance in the training of the whole company and even the others which engage in the same field.
