In recent years,the rapid development of express delivery and e-commerce industry has promoted the rapid development of logistics equipment automation,mechanization and informatization.However,at present,China does not set access restrictions on the logistics equipment industry.The number of enterprises entering the logistics equipment industry continues to increase,the industry concentration gradually increases,and the market competition continues to intensify.For SIWUN,as the core human resources of the company,how to train and develop the middle-level managers effectively and how to improve their support for the strategic development of the company has become an urgent task for the human resources management of SIWUN.However,at present,the training of middle-level managers in SIWUN is facing many problems,such as lack of training funds,lack of training management system and lack of incentives.Based on the theory of manager role,adult learning theory and competency theory,this paper attempts to analyze the existing problems in the training of middle-level managers in SIWUN and find out the reasons After that,try to redesign a set of targeted training programs.The new training program improves the training process.First of all,based on the comprehensive analysis of enterprise strategic environment,work tasks and personal performance,the goal of training for middle-level managers in SIWUN is determined;then,the systematic training courses are designed according to the research and analysis results of training needs,and the new training projects are ensured to be implemented by formulating the training management methods for middle-level managers and setting up full-time training managers.Finally,the training effect is evaluated with the help of the four-level evaluation method,thequality of training implementation is monitored,and the implementation quality of training program is constantly improved.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the training program for middle-level managers,the corresponding guarantee measures are designed from three aspects of organization,system and corporate culture,including "top managers attach importance to supporting and cooperating with various departments,set up full-time training posts,build a high-quality faculty,improve the training operation management mechanism,establish training incentive and restraint mechanism,strengthen training discipline,and create" learning " Type organization,etc.Through the above safeguard measures,the middle-level managers are encouraged and constrained,the transformation from"I want to learn" to "I want to learn" is promoted,and the operation effect of new training programs is continuously strengthened.This paper expects that the newly designed training program can solve the specific problems of the middle-level managers' training in SIWUN,quickly update the knowledge and skills of the middle-level managers,build a high-performance management team,so as to narrow the gap with competitors and meet the strategic development needs of SIWUN.In addition,as a state-owned mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing enterprise,the training program proposed in this paper can also provide a reference for the middle-level managers of other mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises.
