In recent several years,with the rapid development of economic globalization,the central government has put forward more perfect requirements on the state-owned assets management system.There will be an inevitable trend that stated-owned enterprises are developing toward marketization.Although state-owned enterprises pay attention to enterprise performance management,human resource management has been in a state of stagnation,especially the training system.In many companies,there are still many problems based on the welled-developed framework.Middle management is the backbone of enterprise development because of their ability directly deciding on corporate strategy implementation.In order to adapt to the development of the enterprise transformation,training in the management of human resources for middle managers should be given adequate attention.Through in-depth study of the domestic and foreign competency theory and training theory,this paper deeply analyzes the advantages and significance of the competency based training system compared with traditional training system.Questionnaire on the Training of Middle Managers in Group changchun embellish DE investment group co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "embellish DE group").It was found that there are problems such as the backwardness of training concepts,lack of effective communication,and lack of evaluation of training effectiveness among middle management personnel.According to the company's middle management competency model and the successful experience of similar companies,it is necessary to determine strategic management,driving ability,implementation of innovation,and team building.Based on the company's actual situation and the competency model,this article will optimize the training system for middle-level management personnel in the areas of communication and coordination,internal control management,personnel training,marketing,customer marketing,employee motivation,plan organization,and strategy implementation.While optimizing the training system for mid-level management personnel,the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed in terms of organizational guarantees,institutional guarantees,and resource guarantees.Research of this paper not only promote the training management system in embellish DE group,but also can provide reference in the middle management training system of state-owned enterprises.In a certain sense,it has a certain practical significance.
