With the development of the entrepreneurial economy in the world, the innovation and application of technology have blurred the boundaries between enterprises, and the cross-border competition among industries has become increasingly common.Only when the enterprise has maintained the entrepreneurial strategy can it achieve succeed.Constant adjustment of strategies in the external business environment to seek new value growth points.Through daily innovative behaviors of enterprises, they can gain insights into new market opportunities, create an open and inclusive organizational entrepreneurial culture, take actions and take risks, break through their own resource constraints, and realize the company's strategic advantages. However, enterprises under the entrepreneurial strategic posture cannot ensure that they can achieve highly performance. This is related to the use of their internal and external resources in a dynamic environment. Many scholars have attempted to uncover the “black box” of successful value creation in the context of entrepreneurial strategy through a large number of empirical studies, and dynamic capability is the key capability for companies to maintain their competitive advantages in many changing markets, especially strive for structural transformation and open up mature enterprises in new fields.Manufacturing companies of china are implementing the innovation and internationalization strategy of “smart manufacturing” industry upgrading and “going world”.In the face of new technological innovations and business model innovations,it is necessary to maintain the entrepreneurial strategic posture to further enhance the company's dynamic capabilities.Based on the characteristics of the development of manufacturing enterprises in the context of China's economic transformation and upgrading, this article analyzes the connotation of entrepreneurial strategic posture and introduces the theory of dynamic capabilities to use knowledge, skills and technology in the process of enterprises seeking new development and creating new value. The use of resources as a starting point to explore the impact of absorptive capacity and transformation capabilities in dynamic capabilities on entrepreneurial strategic posture and corporate performance.Based on the company's entrepreneurial theory and dynamic capability theory, this paper analyzes the on-the-spot interviews and sample data collection of manufacturing companies in Northeast China, and concludes that dynamic capabilities consist of absorptive capacity and transformation capabilities, and constructs the strategic orientation and dynamics of manufacturing enterprises. The theoretical model of the relationship between capability and corporate performance, using variance analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling, etc.,validates the assumptions of this paper and draws the following conclusions:(1)Innovativeness,initiative and outlook of entrepreneurial strategic posture. The three dimensions have a significant positive effect on the company's financial performance and non-financial performance, but the risk-taking does not have a significant impact on the company's financial performance and non-financial performance.(2)Innovativeness,initiative and outlook of entrepreneurial strategic posture have a significant positive impact on the ability to absorb resources and transform resources of dynamic capabilities, but risk-taking has no significant effect on the ability to absorb resources in dynamic capabilities;(3)The dimensions of dynamic capabilities have significant impact on corporate performance.(4)entrepreneurial strategic posture has a significant effect on corporate performance, this effect is partially mediating the dynamic capabilities. In the end, this paper summarizes the deficiencies in the research process and suggests that we can try to solve the related problems in the field of entrepreneurial strategy research with qualitative comparative research.
