The fierce market competition and individual demand environment promote the change of production mode.Many varieties of small batch production is the production of the current manufacturing enterprises,but in actual production,generally low production efficiency,production line balancing and delivery is difficult to guarantee and so on.At present,there are still many problems in the theory and application of these problems,which greatly restrict the production efficiency and the pace of enterprise transformation and upgrading.Therefore,the research on the key technologies of production planning and control of multi variety and small batch production is not only a theoretical innovation,but also has a very important practical significance.First of all,for customer orders,the difference in the number of large,changeable characteristics of short period,by dividing the key parts and common parts,production forecasts for key components,Grey Combination Model is established based on the GM(1,1)prediction model and regression equation method.The model balances the shortcomings of the two methods,has a more accurate prediction,the relative error is reduced to 0.26%.Through the establishment of mathematical model,make full use of production data and constraints of enterprises,completes the whole design of the main production plan,successfully shorten the task cycle for nearly 1 weeks,reducing the risk of prolonged delivery time,improve production efficiency.Secondly,according to the production plan needs to be adjusted continuously,mainly from the task layer,preparation,execution layer three levels to analyze the dynamic realization and adjustment of driving factors,and designs the corresponding process according to different factors.Dynamic adjustment method,used to deal with the production task changes;the dynamic priority algorithm to ensure the task within the reasonable production process production priority;dynamic logic production unit,used to reduce process bottlenecks and improve equipment utilization rate.These new algorithms can not only refine the production plan,but also improve the robustness of the production plan.Then,aiming at the production line balancing problem,make full use of Drum-Buffer-Rope control technology,the production line process within the production cycle,process variables such as load rate as the evaluation index to establish a production system model,and get better results by using adaptive genetic algorithm to solve.Finally,through the promotion of key technologies,the production rate decreased by 26.5%,the load ratio between the processes was above 90%,and the difference was controlled at 1%.
