At present, the height of the development and prosperity of market economy, aswell as the level of productivity greatly improved, makes the diversification of marketdemand and consumer personalized demand gradually become more widespread. Inorder to adapt to the market and customers’ needs, Enterprises also have to adjust theoriginal mode of production. Many varieties of small batch production patten is a kindof production organization mode that comes into being and gradually developsbecause of being adapting to the changes of market, and then gradually becomewidespread. The change in the mode of production bring about the problems incontinuously adjusting the design and optimization of production line layout.Reasonable selection of production line layout, is a key factor to affect the wholeproduction system capacity, cost and benefit, and production line arrangement willaffect directly the balance of the production line and production efficiency.The three main forms of production line layout are:process specialization, objectspecialization and group production unit, and the enterprises mainly consider theirrespective advantages and disadvantages when they design the production line. Withthe system analysis, we can know that many factors can affect the choice ofproduction line layout, mainly including the product characteristics, the characteristicsof the production line and organizational goals, on the basis of production practice,the relevant production and engineering management personnels give thecomprehensive score to the various factors affecting the choice of production linelayout and calculate the weights of factors by the analytic hierarchy process, and thenmake the fuzzy score of production line layout in order to help them to determine theform of the layout of the production line.This paper uses the theory of systems engineering, the relevant decision theoryof operations research and fuzzy mathematics theory to make comprehensive analysisof the excellent situation of various decision schemes, and calculate the fuzzycomprehensive scores of various decision schemes through the fuzzy AHPquantitative analysis method to choose optimal decision scheme of certain types of products. On this basis, this paper takes H company as an example, analyzes the mainproblems existing in the production system, and proposes the solutions andimprovement ideas. Combining H company with different types and quantities oforders to separately design production line layout in different forms, in order toachieve the economies of scale in a single production "brought about by a flow"operation and the flexibility and market response of small batch of short-term unitproduction...
