Research On Application Of Lean Production In The Production Environment Of Space Fasteners Of Various Kinds In Samll Batch

In recent years,as the country strongly support the national defense industry,domestic aerospace business is also in the high speed development,the space of form a complete set of high-end fastener enterprises are also put forward higher request,to ensure the quality of the national key task matching model,shorten the development and production cycle,reduce maintenance costs,improve the lighter performance index,change mode of production,in order to satisfy the demands of customers more varieties of small batch and personalized needs.X company is the domestic aerospace fasteners supporting manufacturers,in the process of product delivery,the traditional management way to deal with many varieties of small batch production organization and the production process,cause delivery schedule delay,quality problem happen,lead to customer complaints.Through the establishment and implementation of lean production system in X company,this paper improves the product delivery schedule,guarantees the product quality,reduces the production cost and achieves the increase of enterprise profit.This article analyzes the research results of multi-variety small-batch production mode and aerospace fastener production at home and abroad,draws on the production management concept,introduces the concept of lean production,and introduces the theory of lean production.According to the production and delivery of X company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the whole product process management of X company,and determines the main reasons affecting the development of X company.The lean production system and organizational structure of X company have been established,and a set of production management plan suitable for X company has been developed from the three aspects of production planning,material control and production site.By introducing 5S management,JIT technology,visual management,quality management and other methods on the production site,the concept of lean production has been effectively realized through information technology,eliminating all kinds of waste in the production delivery process of X company and improving the production delivery situation of the company.The application effect of lean production system in X company shows that the completion rate of product planning and quality qualification rate are increasing year by year,the production cost of products is decreasing year by year,the field improvement continues to advance,the profit of X company is increasing year by year,and the competitiveness in the industry is increasing year by year.
