Research On Guarantee The Rights Of Migrant Workers In The Suburb Area:From The Perspective Of Rural Governance

In recent years,as China's modernization and industrialization increasingly promoting,there will be more and more rural areas run into the process of urbanization,which translated the rural areas into a combination of dynamic Department of urban and rural suburban area,i.e.the suburban area.The suburban area as the most close region to the city,has been at the forefront of urbanization,so the farmers here is the first ones face a series of main problem of landless,non-agricultural employment and safeguarding of the rights and interests,of course the problems faced by this group,involved in this problem is not only a group of itself,but also the problems in rural areas and urban areas problems,related to the rural governance,urban governance,and the major problem involving the integration of urban and rural construction and integration of the reform of national governance system.Therefore,this article in the research process try to choose the suburban area migrant workers groups included into the research field of vision,and try to choose suburban area of this specific region to carry out the investigation,under the hypothesis of there are differences between“In suburbs of migrant workers and“Migrant workers to the suburb”,select the migrant workers in the suburb area as the specific research object,and therefore,from the perspective of the rural governance research the protection of the rights and interests of the migrant workers issue will be an effort direction of this article.In this paper,we analyzed the current situation and particularity of migrant workers'rights and interests protection in western Liaoning peri-urban areas.Investigate the problems and reasons they faced in protection of their rights and interests.From the perspective of the role and function of the Multi rural governance,to analyze and solve maintenance problems migrant workers rights in suburban.The first is the maintenance of suburban interests of migrant workers and rural governance theoretical correlation analysis,and from two levels:one is to protect the rights of migrant workers to the sense of suburbs in rural governance.The second is the subject of rural governance shouldered responsibilities in the protection of rights of migrant workers in suburbs.Secondly,based the rural governance perspective,this article discussed the present situation and existing problems of migrant workers in suburban area in safeguarding their rights and interests,mainly included the fuzzy concepts of rights and interests,lack of confidence and courage in safeguarding their rights,not aware of the importance of political rights,lack of organizational resources to defend their rights and so on.Also come up with the main idea in improve and enhance the suburbs rights of migrant workers,included to perfect the government public service,strengthening the supervision responsibility;To improve the organization scale of suburban rural migrant workers,and pay attention to using the power of the new media;strengthening the township government administrative remedy,promote the relationship between safeguarding rights and the rural governance.
