Alliance Portfolio,Legitimacy And Disruptive Technology Entrepreneurship

The entrepreneurial activities within disruptive technology innovation are an important mode of Chinese entrepreneurial success.Self-centered alliance portfolio has become an important method,by which start-up enterprises overcome their "new entry defects" and they partly substitute for external low-trust environment.However the existing theory is more focused on static characteristics of the alliance portfolio and paid less attention in the process of dynamic evolution for alliance portfolio disruptive and technological entrepreneurial performance,which cannot offer specific guidance for disruptive technologies on the development of disruptive technological entrepreneurial enterprises.The introduction of the middle variable-disruptive technological entrepreneurial legitimacy,this article discusses the dynamic evolution process which start-up enterprises with the help of alliance portfolio effects on the disruptive technological entrepreneurial performance by increasing entrepreneurial legitimacy.This article collected and sorted the related literatures of alliance portfolio,disruptive technological entrepreneurial legitimacy and disruptive technology entrepreneurship.At the same time,combined the development course of MX company case study research,this article analyses dynamic evolution process of entrepreneurial enterprise's alliance composite structures,relations,diversity in different development periods of creation,survival and growth.This article also analyses the different properties of entrepreneurial legitimacy in different periods and their dynamic effect on disruptive technological entrepreneurial performance.Research results show that:firstly,in the disruptive technological entrepreneurial creation period,start-up enterprises focus on improvement in the cognitive legitimacy and social political legitimacy by the establishment of relationship between high quality alliance portfolios,in order to create a favorable environment for the survival of disruptive technology start-up enterprises.Secondly,in the period of disruptive technological entrepreneurial survival,the significance of high relationship quality of alliance portfolio in creation period reduced.The Enterprises mostly improve the cognitive legitimacy of the enterprise through extension of alliance portfolio scale and increasing of diversity,improve stakeholder understanding of products and services to significantly enhance the disruptive technological entrepreneurial performance.Lastly,the enterprises in the period of disruptive technological entrepreneurial growth,by further enhancing the scale and diversity of alliance portfolio,the alliance portfolio improves legitimacy threshold,which has a sharp rise in the industry of cognitive legitimacy.Entrepreneurial enterprises change the environment to takes initiative to the legitimacy and achieve the high performance of the enterprise.Alliance portfolio constant evolution results in the continuous improvement of the enterprise cognitive legitimacy and social political legitimacy,at last increase effectually destructive technology entrepreneurial performance.This study extends the theory of alliance portfolio,entrepreneurial legitimacy and disruptive technology entrepreneurship,in order to provide the practice management suggestions and references to disruptive technology entrepreneurship.
