With the continuous changes in the market environment in recent years,it has also brought enormous challenges to the liquor brewing enterprises which have performed better.For companies engaged in liquor brewing,Yanghe Co.,Ltd.one of the leading companies in liquor brewing,although it has made strategic adjustments in response to changing market conditions in recent years,its market share and popularity are constantly expanding.However,Yanghe Co.,Ltd.still has some shortcomings in the strategic performance management during the process of its continuous expansion.At present,the evaluation systems of various departments are still relatively fragmented,the interconnectedness of each other and the support for the overall strategic implementation of the company exist Insufficient,lack of systematic performance management system.Therefore,there is still some room for improvement in the evaluation of the efficiency of resource allocation of the entire company.Therefore,establishing a sound performance management system from a strategic perspective is of great significance for Yanghe Co.,Ltd.to maintain its market position and further strengthen its competitiveness.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars' research on balanced scorecard applied to enterprise performance management,this paper deeply studies the present situation of strategic performance management in Yanghe Co.,Ltd.,the current status of the company as a whole and the performance management of the implementation of the situation,found that the current existence of Yanghe Co.,Ltd.performance management performance of the company insufficient support,performance management and feedback mechanism is not perfect,performance management incentives are not perfect,the performance of the performance Summarize and improve the work is not in place and other issues and analyze the reasons.The introduction of balanced scorecards and strategic maps and other scientific methods,from the financial dimension,internal operation dimensions,customer and market dimensions and learning and development dimensions to build a strategic performance management system in line with Yanghe Co.,Ltd.its own strategic development goals and corporate characteristics.Further proposed that Yanghe Co.,Ltd.need to guarantee strategic performance management in terms of managing organizational structure,increasing investment in performance management resources,establishing dynamic feedback management mechanism and perfecting the internal management system of the Company,as well as evaluating the balance sheet in Yanghe Co.,Ltd..And the expected effect after application.It is of great significance for Yanghe Co.,Ltd.to improve its own performance management,reorganize its performance management activities and strive to strengthen its own competitiveness.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the improvement of the performance management of the liquor industry,operational efficiency and promote the sustainable development of liquor industry has an important inspiration and reference.
