With the gradual promotion of consumer electronic products and new energy electronic products used in life,work and study,various use accessories of consumer electronic products and new energy electronic products have received considerable attention and obtained a huge market.Consumer electronic products batteries and power lithium batteries face enormous challenges in the competitive market.Expanding the electronic market and improving the competitiveness of enterprises has become a considered problem.Performance evaluation is the key to solve these problems.Balanced score card is one of the most important new tools for enterprise internal performance evaluation.It helps to promote internal communication and improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise.The paper uses the methods of literature review,case study and normative research.This paper firstly expounds the purpose and significance of the research,and combs out the relevant research on the application of Balanced Score Card at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the related concepts of performance evaluation,expounds the characteristics and application scope of Balanced Score Card,and takes them as the theoretical basis of this paper.Thirdly,it evaluates the performance of DS Company.The overall level of the price is discussed,the problems in the performance evaluation of DS Company are analyzed.Finally,the Balanced Score Card for DS Company is designed and applied with providing corresponding safeguards.This paper expects to improve the performance evaluation system of DS Company by studying the performance evaluation and adding the practical performance evaluation tool of Balanced Score Card.At the same time,it is also expected to provide some reference for other domestic enterprises that want to introduce Balanced Score Card for performance evaluation.
