| With the development of the national economy,the national income level has been raised,and the level of flower consumption has also gradually increased.Our country has become the largest flower production base in the world,and the planting area and output of flowers rank first in the world.In the future,the development of the flower industry will gradually develop in the direction of scale and industrialization.As the provincial capital of Hunan Province,Changsha has shown that the development of its flower industry is low in overall level,slow in development,lack of scale,large losses in currency of flowers,and lack of leading enterprises in the industry.Making full use of talents,capital,scientific research,geography and other advantages of Changsha area to establish a special flower logistics center in Changsha,and establishing a special flower logistics center is not only a demand,but also will be a trend of Hunan's flower industry development.This is a question worthy of our in-depth studyThis paper takes the location of the flower logistics center in Changsha as the research object,firstly analyzes the background and significance of the research on the location selection of the flower logistics center in Changsha area,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.At the present stage of flower logistics in China,there are some problems such as excessive flower loss,lack of flower transportation equipment,failure to form a certain scale for the main body of flower logistics,and low degree of informationalization of flower logistics,and the innovative points of this study are proposed.This article starts from the actuality of production,demand and circulation of flower logistics,combines the relevant theories of the existing logistics center location selection,elaborates the concept of flower logistics and the decision theory of the location of related flower logistics centers,and focuses on the factors influencing the location of floral logistics.,and introduced in detail the common methods of logistics site selection,such as center of gravity method,overlay model,and CFLP model.Secondly,this article analyzes the status of flower production,consumption,circulation,and related industrial policies in Changsha.Based on the existing flower demand data,the paper uses the grey forecasting model to estimate the total value of production and transactions of flowers in Changsha area in the next five years.The forecast results indicate that in the forecasting accuracy of this model,the relative error detection of total flower output value and total transaction value in the Changsha area is two levels.In the next five years,the flower production value and transaction value in the Changsha area will increase year by year.In the future,the demand for flower logistics in Changsha will continue to increase,and higher requirements will be placed on the logistics and transportation of flowers in Changsha area.The results show that the establishment of a flower logistics center in Changsha may be the first step to satisfy this huge demand.Finally,this paper uses the collection coverage model to select Yuelu District and Liuyang City as alternatives to the Changsha Flower Logistics Center,and analyzes the economic,transportation,natural resources,and scientific research strengths of Yuelu District and Liuyang City.The AHP-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was further introduced to establish an evaluation system for the location selection of the flower logistics center.The level of evaluation was established using the analytic hierarchy process,and then fuzzy evaluation was performed using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Use the established evaluation system to make scientific,reasonable and objective evaluation of the two alternative addresses.Finally,according to the scoring results of 11 experts,the final score was calculated and Yuelu District was finally determined as the optimal address for the construction of Changsha's flower logistics center. |
