Research On Risk Evaluation And Control Of Overseas Warehouse Of Cross-Border E-Commerce Export Retail Enterprises

In recent years,overseas warehouse has become one of the main operation modes of cross-border e-commerce export retail enterprises in cross-border logistics,bringing a good shopping experience to cross-border consumers.However,due to the COVID-19,the international economic environment and political environment are being impacted.The nodes in the upstream and downstream supply chain of the service industry and the manufacturing industry are facing various kinds of games.The potential risks such as overstock,cargo explosion and poor trading are increasing.Many cross-border retail outlet enterprises are facing high cost and low operating efficiency.Therefore,studying the risk evaluation and control strategy of overseas warehouses can not only facilitate cross-border e-commerce enterprises to timely control the risks of overseas warehouses in the operation process,but also promote the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce export and retail enterprises.Based on the current general overseas warehouse operation process,through the methods of literature analysis and expert interview,this study identifies the risk factors existing in each node of the overseas warehouse head operation,warehouse operation and tail operation of cross-border e-commerce export retail enterprises,constructs the risk factor identification model,and obtains the overseas warehouse risk factor evaluation index system.Through the questionnaire survey,the effective questionnaire of stakeholders on the relationship strength of overseas warehouse risk factors is collected.The validity of the questionnaire is verified by the test of reliability and validity.The social network analysis method is applied to the collected questionnaire data for risk evaluation.From the perspective of the overall network and individual network,the three evaluation indexes of degree centrality,intermediate centrality and near centrality are used to evaluate the risk factors that occupy an important position in the overseas warehouse risk network,including the risk of environmental stability of overseas warehouse,the risk of customs declaration,the risk of timely update of transportation information,etc.This thesis establishes the risk factor evaluation model of overseas warehouse of cross-border e-commerce export retail enterprises,and verifies the applicability of the risk factor evaluation model through a case study of cross-border e-commerce enterprise a engaged in export retail business.According to the evaluation model and the risk factors at different stages of the application process,this thesis puts forward the overseas warehouse risk control strategy,that is,the cross-border e-commerce export and retail enterprises need to scientifically select products,establish a customs clearance risk early warning mechanism,and integrate logistics service resources.The research conclusion has certain practical significance.This thesis has 14 figures,14 tables and 72 references.
