Research On Supply Chain Quality Improvement Considering Quality Loss And Delay In Payment Under Risk Averse And Fairness Preference

Based on the rapid development of China's economy as well as the significant improvement of national quality,people pay increasing attention to quality level,the boom of social supervision model provides unprecedented opportunities and challenges for quality management of enterprise.In recent years,Supply chain quality management has achieved rapid development,frequent quality defects lead to quality improvement getting a lot of attentions as an important content of quality management,quality improvement is a method that further improve the standards of product quality on the basis of original through a series of measures.The occurrence of quality loss is a performance of that the potential of core enterprises and node enterprises' resources haven't been fully played,which mean much to the improvement of quality.How to carry on a more comprehensive and scientific research on supply chain quality improvement,combining with the characteristics of the production and business operation,has become a pressing problem.Therefore,this thesis makes a study of the influences of behavior factors and delay in payment on supply chain quality improvement considering quality loss.This paper mainly studies the supply chain quality improvement problem considering quality loss and delay in payment,which makes a further research combining with risk aversion and fairness preference.The major work of this thesis as follows.(1)This thesis considers quality loss and delay in payment base on traditional supply chain quality improvement research,analyzes the necessity of studying supply chain quality improvement and quality loss,the necessity of studying behavior factor,such as risk aversion and fairness preference.(2)On the basis of a large number of related materials,reviews of supply chain quality improvement,quality loss,supply chain coordination,risk aversion,fairness preference anddelay in payment are given,and related articles are collated and summarized.Besides,this paper also analyzes the contribution and deficiency of these relative literatures.(3)According to the reviews of related articles and the understanding of relevant concepts,a basic model of supply chain quality improvement considering quality loss and delay in payment,a model of supply chain quality improvement considering quality loss and delay in payment under risk aversion and a mode of supply chain quality improvement considering quality loss and delay in payment under fairness preference are constructed respectively,strategies of supply chain quality improvement are proposed by solving models and supply chain coordination are discussed base on the sharing of quality improvement cost.(4)This paper also studies the strategies of supply chain quality improvement and the influence of relevant parameters on best quality level,best price,utility or profit of supplier and manufacturer,the effectiveness of supply chain quality improvement coordination by using numerical simulation method through MATLAB 2013a,and the data are come from G electrical energy co.,LTD.
