Research On The Degree Of Sichuan Kiwi Growers' Participation In Standardization Production

Agricultural standardization plays an important role in China's agricultural production activities,whose core role is to enhance the added value of agricultural products and quality and safety,promote the development of agricultural industrialization and branding,as well as improve economic,social and ecological benefits.In 2017 No.1 Central Document entitled" CPC Central Committee and State Council on several opinions of deepening of the agricultural supply side of the structural reform and Accelerating the Cultivation of New Energy for Agricultural and Rural Development" focus on "rural green"and "quality of agriculture".The most prominent and most urgent part of the new round of agricultural supply side of the structural reform is to promote green development,adhere to the quality of agriculture,the implementation of agricultural standardization and branding strategy.Accordingly,new support policy arrangements will be derived from production field to the before,during or after each link and circulation.Therefore,to upgrade the industrial chain and deep the standardization of agriculture is the new requirements and new initiatives,which can promote green production positively and quality of agriculture.Farmers are the key to the popularization and application of agricultural standardization technology in China.Based on this,this paper took kiwifruit growers as the research object,constructed the evaluation index system of farmers' standardized production participation degree from the angle of industrial chain,and study the status quo of the degree of farmers participated in the process of prenatal,middle and post partum,and the production in diversity stages and regions.Based on the theory of whole industry chain theory and farmer behavior,from five dimensions-the material capital,human capital,market characteristics,government support and other factors to build index system,which can affect the participation degree of agricultural standardization production.this paper analyzed the key factors influencing the participation degree of standardization production by using double-tail regression model,so as to put forward the policy suggestions for the further development of agricultural standardization in Sichuan Province.The study found that:(1)Because the benefit link mechanism between farmers,cooperatives and enterprise,as well as marketing service system in three kiwi fruit producing areas,there were significant differences in the participation degree of agricultural standardization production.The results were expressed in descending numerical order:Dujiangyan City,Cangxi County,Pujiang County.The common feature of three major producing areas was that the prenatal standardization participation degree was relatively low.(2)There were significant differences in the participation degree ofl standardization production in different stages.The prenatal standardization participation degree in the three major producing areas were moderate level,while during and after standardization participation degree level from high to low were dujiangyan(higher),cangxi(medium)and pujiang county(medium).(3)Various types of factors had a significant impact on the standardization production participation degree.Planting area,the number of kiwifruit varieties,the degree of commercialization,sales difficulty,the number of policy support reverse influenced on the participation degree of standardization production.The number of agricultural machinery,new management subjects,the difficulty of production technology,environmental protection intention significant impacted on the participation degree of standardization production.In addition,the number of labors,the number of training,the degree of technical mastery,government propaganda and supervision and farmers' risk attitude also have a positive effect on the participation degree of standardization production.According to the conclusions,the author provides some suggestions,such as in the future of agricultural standardization work in Sichuan Province,further improve the level of mechanization;Cultivate the main body of new agricultural management,especially to strengthen the market sensitivity of the main business,improve the interests of the link mechanism;Increase brand marketing efforts,improve the marketing service system;strengthen the supervision of standardization production and strengthen the industrial chain configuration.
