A Comparative Study On The Performance Of The Core Business Of Supply Chain Financingin In Telecomunication Industry

There are a lot of supply chain stakeholders in the telecom industry,many of them are small and medium enterprises,and the instability of the small and medium-sized enterprise capital chain has restricted the continuous and stable development of the whole supply chain to a certain extent.Therefore,as the core enterprise,the telecom enterprises have the ability to protect the stability of the whole supply chain.However,as the core enterprise of the telecom enterprises,it has been a doubt to choose which way to participate in the supply chain finance and to assess the earnings of the participation.Therefore,in order to solve these doubts above,this paper assesses the internal performance evaluation of telecom enterprise and the whole supply chain performance evaluation comprehensively,based on the participation of telecom enterprise supply chain finance:weak participation,participation and strong participation.In this paper,we study the performance level of the way which the core enterprise of supply chain financing of the telecom industry participated in.The main work is reflected in the following aspects:(1)Combining with the development of the telecom industry supply chain,closely referring to the concept of supply chain finance and its application mode,and the existing research results and conclusions,we will construct the performance evaluation system of supply chain financing order of telecom industry.The evaluation index system of supply chain finance consist of internal and external performance evaluation dimensions of five primary indicators,eleven secondary indicators,twenty five tertiary indicators.(2)In the establishment of weight,we design a questionnaire of judgment matrix and the primary,secondary and tertiary index in the questionnaire is relative important.According to the results of sorting and calculating the relative weight of each index,we analyze the trend which enterprise's financing need to focus on through seven grade industry experts calculate the relative weight of each index.(3)In quantitative evaluation of performance of the system,this paper adopts the method of the relative scale and gives a relative quantitative score according to the enterprise supply chain financial participation(weak involvement,participation,strong participation),and evaluate the performance of the telecom industry supply chain financing in different way.In this paper,based on the G telecom operators which have relatively high motivation to carry out supply chain finance.We investigate the G operators internal procurement,logistics,financial departments and suppliers of interests related,build supply chain performance evaluation system to assess the performance of core businesses,and provide guidance and reference to the participation of telecom enterprise supply chain finance in the future.
