Research On Changzhi County Vegetable Price Fluctuation

Changzhi county is located in the southern margin of the Shangdang basin,nearly half of irrigated Flatland,vegetable cultivation has a long history,vegetable production is one of the main sources of local farmers'income.However,with the expansion of the planting area vegetable production has been innovating in successive years.The market is saturated,coupled with the rise in the price of production data and the impact of climate disasters.The price of a large variety of vegetable varieties has fluctuated sharply,so it is very important to stabilize the price of vegetables.Based on the comprehensive analysis of literature on vegetable prices at home and abroad,this paper introduces the current situation of vegetable market in Changzhi County,which is the continuous increase of vegetable planting area and the rapid development of protected agriculture.But it's also accompanied by a series of problems such as asymmetric information,irrational plant structure of vegetable planting,the low degree of organization,advanced planting technology not popularized and farmers in the vegetable circulation without the initiative.At the same time,the concept and theory of vegetable price are defined.Secondly,the fluctuation characteristics of vegetable prices in Changzhi county were analyzed,and the fluctuation characteristics of vegetable prices represented by 8 kinds of vegetables,such as cucumber,tomato,lettuce and other vegetables,were analyzed.It is concluded that the fluctuation of vegetable prices in Changzhi county is characterized by climate,and the festival has a higher vegetable price in February.6-8 month is mainly the open air vegetable supply,the vegetable price is lower.Because of the more rain weather in Changzhi County in August,the price rebounded slightly.As the weather turned cold after October,prices began to rise.Furthermore,the seasonal adjustment model of X12 and the H-P filtering analysis method are used to analyze the fluctuation law of vegetable prices.It is concluded that seasonal factors are the most important factors that cause the fluctuation of vegetable prices.In addition,the factors affecting the fluctuation of vegetable prices in Changzhi county were analyzed,including supply,demand,policy and climate.Finally,we put forward some policy suggestions to slow down the fluctuation of vegetable prices in Changzhi county.
