| Because of its rich nutrition,eggs have become an indispensable traditional food for the people at the table.Therefore,the price of eggs is closely related to the people's life.In recent years,there have been frequent outbreaks of bird flu,especially in 2014,when the price of eggs fluctuated greatly,which was considered to be a "rocket egg"phenomenon.It not only affects the life of the people,but also causes the whole egg chicken breeding industry to be shaken,which brings some instability to the society.Eggs abnormal fluctuations in the price,make a lot of aquaculture enterprises unable to grasp the comprehensive information,blindly increase or reduce the number of laying hens breeding stock,the influence of the cycle of egg production,often is exacerbated by volatile prices of eggs.Thus,stabilizing egg price can not only guarantee the quality of life of the people,but also benefit the healthy and healthy development of breeding enterprises.In Dongying from 2004 to 2016,this paper first analyzes the change characteristics of egg prices,summarizes its change rule,and analyzes its seasonal variation characteristics,and then from the cost,supply and demand are analyzed in detail the three aspects of the main factors influencing the changes in prices of eggs,and its effect on the price of eggs is theoretically analyzed.After that,from the point of view of cost,supply and demand to select the one of several important factors,by modeling the specific effect of changes in prices of eggs has carried on the empirical analysis.Finally on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,proposed the stable price of eggs,dongying promote laying hens breeding enterprise sustainable development countermeasures and Suggestions.This study show that:(1)the Dongying more than ten years the price of eggs has been in a state of fluctuation,and there is a certain change rule.(2)the change in the price of Dongying eggs is seasonal,the spring is the slack season,the price is lower,autumn is the peak season,the price is higher.(3)the egg price changes is affected by many factors,including feed prices,eggs,chicks and urban per capita spending on food and eggs there is significant linear relationship between the price,and the positive correlation.(4)the price of eggs of stable countermeasures are many,the price of eggs of corresponding influencing factors,should found a way to resolve them one by one,in addition,in order to improve the ability of laying hens breeding enterprises deal with market risk is not only to improve the internal management of the introduction of advanced equipment and technology,more should focus on the development of standardization,scale of laying hens breeding industry. |
