Transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement is related to realization of modern agriculture in China.At present,China's agricultural science and technologyis towarding to innovation system develop.Agricultural scientific and technological achievement not only play a important role in the revitalization of agriculture and rural economy,but also play an important role in the transformation of agricultural development.In recent years,Shanxi province has made great progress in agricultural science and technology.It provides a strong technical support for Shanxi's agricultural.Although some achievement shave been made in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Shanxi Province,the problems are also many in it achievements.The transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements will directly affect the development of agricultural modernization in Shanxi Province.Therefore,to improve the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,not onlycan promo tethe development of agricultural science and technology in Shanxi to a higher level,but also for the development of modern agriculture and innovative construction of Shanxi great significance.In this paper,I use the concept of agricultural science and technology achievements transformat ion to explain its theorios.Combing the progress in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad and explained the current situation of agricultural science and technology transformation in Shanxi province from the aspects of agricultural output mech anization leve,the implementation of agricultural science and technology projects,the construction of platform for transformation of achievements.Calculating the effect of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation inShanxi province by establishing index evaluation system.This paper deeply analyzes the influence of the factors such as capital investment,farmers' acceptance and popularization system onthe transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Shanxi.And find out the problems in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Shanxi Province,such as the single source of funds,the low quality and purchasing power of farmers,the unclear functions of agricultural extension departments and so on.So put some suggestions to improve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,such as expanding the financing channels,mobilizing the enthusiasm of staff,improving intermediary services and improving the quality of farmers.
