| With the rapid development of social knowledge economy,talent competition has become an important part of enterprise competition.At the same time,human resource has become the most valuable resource in the enterprise,too.The loss of talent will bring great negative impact on the development of enterprise,so analysis and propose solutions become more and more important.This paper introduces the concept and theory of turnover from the significance and function.Analyze and summarize the reasons why the staff leave by reading dozens of Chinese and foreign research about turnover and interviewing.It is the result that the corporate culture,career development channel,leadership,training,benefits and performance appraisal increase the turnover rate of the Y company.The paper suggests that Y company should improve the aspects to induce the turnover rate including recruiting training system,salary and welfare system,staff career development channel,enterprise culture,manager leadership,leaving management system and so on.This research is based on the Y company,but provide a certain reference value to other related industries. |
