With the rapid development of society and economic, people play a vital role for the prosperity and decline of an enterprise. People are the key to lead enterprises to make a success. Modern enterprise has been developed from product competition to the talent competition. Talent people have become the key to the enterprise's survival and development. They have become the first resource. However, too much loss of talent employee led to the stability of the private enterprise group and the continuity of the work into the crisis, affect the customer satisfaction and loyalty, also led to a decline in enterprise core competitiveness and the increase of operating costs.Shanxi CG Group as a privately owned enterprise, management of employee turnover has become the urgent problems in human resource management. Through employee turnover management can help the enterprise managers make accurate judgment to the cause of the high turnover rate. In order to find both temporary and permanent solutions, achieve optimal management for the brain drain.For the above problems, based on the Shanxi CG Group, The author analyzed reasons of the loss of employees, group company mechanism, enterprise culture, the compensation from the company performance and employee training. For these reasons, paper set up a good corporate mechanism, effective compensation incentive system, the perfect enterprise culture systems, suitable for perfect training system and so on staff turnover problem solution countermeasures are put forward.
