Nowadays,with the development of the technology,trade barrier is getting removed,international capital is flowing rapidly. The globalization of the economy results in the heated competition among enterprises,and human resources become the most valuable resource in enterprises. The problem of employee turnover is the important factor which decides the running of an enterprise. Reasonable employee flow can lead to the optimization of the framework and keep the enterprise vigour,whereas, employees'morale and production efficacy will get affected. Moreover enterprise's profit will be devoured and the competition weakened, which ultimately affects the survival and the development of an enterprise.On the basis of researching the problem of employee turnover in the HR management of A company, the papaer applys Six sigma and DMAIC to analyse and improve the employee turnover problem. At first the paper studys on the present situation of employee turnover problem. Then it locates the main reasons of employees'resignmetn and set up the target and aim for improvement by analysing the resinging reasons of the people who have resinged and surveying the satisfaction degree of the staff. Meanwhile the analysing tool and statistics in the six sigma administrative system are utilized to probe the deep cause and to establish the key improving factor so that a sustained improvement administrative system can be built up.On the basis of researching and improving the employee turnover problem of A company, this paper manages to provide a brand new idea for enterprises to realise the customization, datamation, scientization of the HR management.
