Research On Manufacturing Outsourcing Management Of H Enterprise

With the rapid development of economy,the continuous progress of technology and the rapid change of market environment,the competition between enterprises are becoming increasingly fierce.Over the past five years,Chinese telecom manufactures grasp the rare historical opportunity to achieve lead in formulating communication standards,setting up networks,researching and developing advanced technology,their representative are HUAWEI and ZTE that become the vanguard of global innovation.The reasons are that our telecom manufactures dare to invest in and are good at innovation,but also the related parties of the market that foreign telecom manufactures enterprises hold decrease investment.The characteristic of telecom manufacture industry are intensive technology and capital,for example,technology upgrades frequently,product updates quickly,product need advanced equipment,technological innovation is uncertain,Capital require mush,and so on.So the telecom manufactures often concentrated resources on several advantages in the industrial chain,then they put manufacturing operations to outside supplies for the demand of products and technology innovation?This paper starts from outsourcing,manufacturing outsourcing and the characteristics of telecom manufacture industry,then base on the research of related theories of outsourcing and manufacturing outsourcing,and the practical experience and the existing research findings of other researchers,analyzes from the selection of manufacturing outsourcing suppliers,outsourcing supplier performance evaluation,manufacturing outsourcing routine management,outsourcing risk management and so on.This paper advices that establishing the selection criteria and implementation process to selecting outsourcing,building information communication to manufacturing management,developing MES system to manufacturing outsourcing routine management,getting countermeasure outsourcing risk management.Finally,this paper briefly summarize the research,and hope to provides practical significance to implement the manufacturing outsourcing business for the H company,even provide reference for manufacturing outsourcing of other enterprises.
