The Compilation And Study On The Input-occupancy-output Table Of China Green GDP

Since the reform and opening up,China economic sustained and rapid growth,high consumption of resources,environmental pollution emissions,serious ecological damage and other issues have been highlighted,bound more and sustainable development of resources and environment on economic and social China obviously,the relationship between economic development and resource environment is attracting more and more attention.The research of national economic accounting green method,realize the connection between economic system and ecological system,more and more attention.There are two main research on green GDP accounting direction of domestic and foreign scholars:green GDP accounting and total green input-output method,to calculate the green GDP index is not easy Structural analysis;green input-output analysis can not show occupy the resources and the environment to the various departments in the process of economic development and dependence.This paper attempts to China green GDP Input-output Technology for input occupancy output table for Chinese green GDP,resources and environmental footprint reveal various sectors of the national economy development process;the main purpose is to respectively from the consumption coefficient,distribution coefficient and occupancy factor three aspects of development of various sectors of the national economy's reliance on resources and the environment in occupancy analysis for China green economy,sustainable economic development to provide direction.This paper 2012 China 42 Department input-output table based on China of green GDP input-output empirical analysis.Firstly,based on resource environment and economy mixed accounting table compilation of input-output model of green GDP;secondly,through the theory of the value of environmental resources accounting,in 2012 China 42 Department input-output table based on compiled input in 2012 six the Department China occupancy output table of green GDP;finally,based on the three aspects of consumption coefficient,distribution coefficient and utilization coefficient of empirical analysis,the development of the national economy departments rely on resources and environment for consumption.Empirical result shows:green industry is still the leading industries of national economic development and basic industry,but also cause resource depletion and environmental downgrade Magnitude most important industries,the tertiary industry for the lack of effect of green national economic development,need to be further improved.This paper presents the development of China government in green GDP,mainly within the industry should increase efforts to adjust industrial structure,optimize the heavy industry development model to accelerate the development of emerging technology industries,while modern management concepts to promote rapid development of service industry,enhance the development of green important role in the national economy.
